How does fraud detection work?
Our AI analyzes resumes across six dimensions: linguistic patterns (AI-generated text detection), timeline consistency, claim plausibility, company verification, education verification, and plagiarism indicators. Each resume gets a fraud risk score from Low to Critical.
Can I screen candidates in bulk?
Yes — upload multiple resumes against a single job description and get ranked results instantly. Scout tier handles 50 screens/month, Recruiter Pro does 200, and Agency is unlimited.
How personalized is the outreach?
Very. Our AI reads the candidate's actual background and references specific projects, skills, and career moves in every message. No more "I came across your profile and was impressed." Every message feels hand-written because the AI actually understands the candidate.
Is the JD bias scanner really free?
Yes — the JD Bias Scanner is a free tool available to everyone, no login required. It scans for gendered language, age bias, ability bias, and unnecessarily limiting requirements. We built it as a resource for the recruiting community.
What about candidate data privacy?
Recruiter Shield processes resume data during screening only and does not permanently store candidate PII beyond your session. We're designed for GDPR and PIPEDA compliance with clear data retention policies.
Do you integrate with my ATS?
ATS webhook integrations (Greenhouse, Lever, Recruitee, Workday) are coming in Q4 2026 with the Agency tier. For now, Recruiter Shield works via paste, upload, or CSV import — no integration required to get started.
